Downtime, Release

[22:44 GMT] We’re back!

Release notes:

  • Hebrew and Japanese translations added in llDialog and llRequestPermissions dialogs
  • IMs scroll down when someone’s typing to show the “Some Person is typing…” message
  • Login and application are now on the same webpage (”Loading subsystems” no longer exists)
  • Login screen can be translated, pending translations of the new text
  • Changing the language in the drop down box immediately changes the language in use.

[22:41 GMT] Running the control scripts

[22:39 GMT] Booting everyone still logged on.

[22:38 GMT] Registering new stuff. Dum de dum.

[22:22 GMT] Running the package-bundler. Should be done within half an hour, assuming all goes well.

AjaxLife is closed to new logins while I update it to version 0.2. All users will be kicked in 30 minutes to an hour. Release notes come later. This post will be updated, etc.

    Working this morning! Thanks!!

May I recommend having the adult attached to the paypal account set up a ’subscription’ to the site? That way it can just pull the recommended amount set by you per user..and I won’t have to think about it :)

Hah. I love the sound of the “attached” adult. Anyway, I’ll poke them about looking in to it. :P
Donations are down significantly since last month. Good thing I have enough left over from then to pay for this month. :)

Anytime I recommend Ajaxlife to people, I follow it with a repetitious message to donate if they intend to use it. :)

Katherine, I though you had quit several months ago. Is this not the case? Did you move up to the MG?

I’m still around-ish. My current computer can’t run SL without dying, unfortunately. I’m only 16.25, so I’m not on the MG yet. :P
I’m getting a fancy new computer come April. Then you might see me around some more.
